While at Camp Cherith campers

• Develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Experience living in community with children their own age
• Can be themselves
• Study the Word of God by cabin groups and learn how to put this into practice in their daily lives at camp and at home
• Have fun
• Benefit from positive, Christian staff role models
• Learn what happens when good choices are made
• Are expected to have, and continue to develop, respect for adults, their peers, and themselves
• Cooperate as a team in their cabin and in activity programs
• Attain new skills and begin to discover the gifts and abilities that God has given them
• Become aware of God’s creation and how to care for it
